VeraQuest furnishes responses from 1,500 completed interviews in approximately three business days. Drawn from a representative sample of online respondents, our proprietary weighting system allows us to project to the U.S. general population.
We are different from other companies in the omnibus space as we don’t focus on “field and tab”. Rather, we provide full consultation on every project, from recommending the best methodology, to designing appropriate survey questions, all the way through crafting an analysis of the results with conclusions and implications. We view an omnibus as simply an inexpensive sample-sharing data collection tool – one which we at VeraQuest support with several no-cost and low-cost services, to best serve all of your research needs.
Questionnaire Design – We recognize that some clients prefer to send us ready-built questionnaires. We obviously value their effort as it gives us a head-start in readying their survey for field. However, we do design from-scratch over half of the surveys we field. Many of our clients are too busy to focus on generating questions or aren’t sure where to start and appreciate having us do it for them.
PowerPoint Analyses – Creating PowerPoint chart-decks complete with findings and implications takes time, particularly if they’re custom designed versus automated. However, if producing management-ready results coupled with meaningful interpretation makes our research significantly more usable, then the time and effort are well worth it. The only drawback is convincing skeptics that we actually do it for free.
Graphical Expertise – Creating digital images is easy and much less expensive than making physical mock-ups. We believe that by employing in-house graphics experts, we streamline the research process by taking existing images and cropping, cleaning or manipulating them to maximize their full online impact. Graphical expertise is simply one more tool we offer to help make the survey process go smoothly.
Advanced Analytics – We have experts who design studies and analyze results using a variety of analytical techniques such as TURF, van Westendorp or Max-Diff, just to name a few. There is no reason these types of tools should exist only in the domain of large marketing research firms where the costs can be prohibitively expensive. By eliminating excess overhead, VeraQuest provides advanced analytics at extremely favorable prices.
